Personalised Art Prints

• All designs on this page are protected by copyright and cannot be copied without my written permission. Failure to abide to this can and will result in legal action. Purchase of this print does not transfer reproduction rights.

• Turnaround time from order to delivery is usually between 1-3 weeks. However this may alter in busier periods. If a product is needed for a specific date please mention this before ordering to ensure deadline can be met.

• Every customer will receive an emailed proof before their item/s are sent unless stated. This must be checked thoroughly. Refunds cannot be given for spelling, grammatical or other errors once this proof has been confirmed by the customer.

• In busy times orders will be completed in order of payment received.

• Please note frames and mounts are NOT included.

• Actual printed colour may differ slightly from colours on screen due to different screen resolutions.

• Payment and refunds via PayPal, Wix Payments or Laybuy

• P&P to include 1st Class Royal Mail Untracked Delivery unless an alternative is requested.

• International Post. Due to EU changes Post sent to EU countries may not be sent tracked, If you would like your order to be trackable please contact me.

• Due to EU legislation changes post sent from the U.K to EU member countries will incur an additional charge when delivered. This import duty is to be paid by the customer. 

• We'll carefully place your purchase in a sturdy supportive envelope (A4 orders) or postal tube (A3 orders) and post it 1st Class Royal Mail delivery unless a different postage option is chosen.

• Returns of personalised materials are not accepted.

• Returns of non personalised items are accepted within 14 days of receipt provided they are returned in the condition in which they were sent.

• A refund will be issued only upon receipt of the returned items.  

• Refunds will not include P&P charges unless the goods received were faulty.

• Returns postage will be paid for by the buyer unless the goods received were faulty.

• It is the buyers responsibility to ensure their Paypal account shows the correct, current address - a refund will not be given for items sent to an old/incorrect address.

• Non Delivery of Items - in the event Royal Mail fail to deliver your item(s) within 14 days a replacement OR refund will be provided.

• Designs will not be created until full payment has been made in advance due to the amount of time taken to create these items.
